hosted mining
ECOS review: is ecos.am a scam?
Scametric verdict
Appears legitimate
ecos.am is a documented Armenian Bitcoin-mining company, not a clone yield site. We would not call it a scam. HYIP-monitor rows are private flags, not convictions. Cloud and rental ROI marketing can still be a bad deal when hashprice falls.
- Operator identityNamed Armenian mining company with a Yerevan address, registration number, and a live ASIC/cloud product. This is not an anonymous three-week script. Other ecos-* domains on this site are separate reviews.
- Regulator registerLicensed in Armenia / FEZ is not a UK, US, or EU retail investment permission. HYIP monitors listed ecos.am; that is a private flag, not a court. Confirm the legal name on the contract.
- Economics of the offerHosted ASICs and cloud hashrate still pay power and can go negative when hashprice is low. Advertised rental ROI is marketing, not a guaranteed coupon.
- WithdrawalsThis is a hosted-mining platform with a wallet, not a HYIP freeze script. We are not copying the blocked-withdrawal story used for anonymous daily-percent sites.
- Website claimed
- https://ecos.am/
- Promised returns
- Not a HYIP daily-percent table. Cloud and ASIC-rental pages advertise mining output and ROI that move with hashprice, difficulty, and contract terms — verify live numbers, do not treat a banner as guaranteed.
- Minimum deposit
- Cloud marketing from about $99; ASIC purchase and rental are thousands of dollars. Not a ‘send 10 USDT’ script.
- Regulation claimed
- Armenian operator (address CO10, V. Sargsyan 26/1, Yerevan; ECOS-M registration 286.120.1048406). The site says the data centre is in Armenia’s Free Economic Zone. That is not an FCA or SEC investment licence.
- Pressure tactics
- Sign-up bonus and trial-mining marketing. Not the HYIP pattern of a tiny first payout then a fee to unlock a freeze.
Short answer: ecos.am appears legitimate as a Bitcoin mining company in Armenia. It is not a daily-interest clone. Private HYIP-monitor listings are not a court. Advertised cloud or rental ROI can still fail when hashprice falls.
What we checked
Identity
The live site is ECOS, a mining platform that sells cloud hashrate, hosted Bitmain ASICs, rentals, and an ASIC marketplace. The footer gives CO10, V. Sargsyan, 26/1, Yerevan, ECOS-M registration 286.120.1048406, and a US support number. The company says it has operated since 2017 and that the data centre sits in Armenia’s Free Economic Zone, with Bitmain as equipment supplier. That is a bounded industrial product, not an unnamed “2% a day” wallet form.
This review is about ecos.am only. Other reviews on this site for ecoshares, ecos-finance, ecostaking and similar names are not automatically the same operator.
Permission to operate
This is hosted mining / cloud hashrate, not a bank and not a UK or US retail fund. “Licensed in Armenia” on the homepage is not an FCA, SEC, or CySEC investment licence. What you should verify is the legal name on the invoice, the contract, and that you are on ecos.am.
HYIP monitors (including invest-tracing) have listed ecos.am because they scrape cloud-mining domains. That is a private monitor flag, not a conviction, and not the same evidence we use for anonymous daily-percent scripts.
The offer
You pay for hashrate or a machine. Output is BTC mining, which moves with hashprice, difficulty, and uptime. Homepage rental cards quoting large return percentages are marketing. They are not a coupon. A $99 cloud ticket is still a bet on the network, not a savings account.
Customer reports
Public reviews of hosted mining mix people who received BTC with people who complain about profitability, support, or contract fine print. Those are product fights. We are not applying the blocked-withdrawal / frozen-account template we use for anonymous HYIPs.
Red flags (product risk, not a phantom firm)
- Hashprice can make a hosted contract unprofitable
- Monitor listings exist; they are not a court and they are not a reason to confuse ecos.am with ecos-* clones
- Bonus / trial-mining upsell — read what is actually activated
Bottom line
“ECOS scam” and “ecos.am review” searches should land on: real Armenian miner, real hashprice risk, not a yield clone. If you cannot explain what you are buying (cloud vs a specific ASIC), do not pay. If you arrived here looking for guaranteed daily crypto returns, that is a different — usually high-risk — category.
Frequently asked questions
Is ecos.am a scam?
We found a named Armenian mining company, not an anonymous yield website. The live site lists a Yerevan address and ECOS-M registration 286.120.1048406. HYIP monitors sometimes list cloud-mining domains; that is a private listing, not a conviction.
Is ECOS legit?
Yes as a corporate identity: operating since 2017 on the company’s own telling, ASIC buy/rent/host, and a cloud product from a small ticket. Legit does not mean the advertised ROI will hold. Model hashprice before you pay.
Why do HYIP monitors list ecos.am?
Private HYIP monitors scrape anything that looks like cloud mining or daily BTC. Being on invest-tracing or similar is not a court. ecos.am is a hosted-ASIC / cloud firm with a public legal footprint. Other ecos-* domains on this site can still be high-risk clones — this page is only ecos.am.
Can I withdraw from ECOS?
ECOS is not the HYIP class that asks for a tax to unlock a frozen bonus. Mining rewards are credited to an ECOS balance and withdrawn under the platform’s rules (the site cites a minimum and a 24-hour send window). If a payout is slow, that is a product-support issue with a reachable company.
ECOS vs a cloud-mining HYIP
A HYIP sells a fixed daily percent funded by new deposits. ECOS sells hashrate, hosted machines, and a marketplace for ASICs already in its data centre. Confirm you are on ecos.am. If you wanted guaranteed daily crypto yield, that is a different — usually high-risk — category.
