The AMF row lists RCS 835 275 090 and LEI 9695000VFDEG5Z4JIY48. That is a bounded licensed company, not an unnamed “2% a day” wallet form.

On 24 July 2026 the AMF recorded PSCA / CASP A2026-029 (MiCA) for BPS, covering custody, exchange against funds and against crypto, order execution, portfolio management, and transfers.
